Laying the foundations for success
Our 6-year long partnership with Tile Giant began in 2018 when we started working on improving their organic visibility through technical, on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimisation.
Consistent, sustained results quickly led to expanding our relationship, working as an extension of their team to provide Paid Search and Email Marketing consultancy as they capitalised on the boom in home improvement projects during COVID.
As the world then returned to something like ‘normality’, the focus turned more to lean growth efficiencies as we introduced our Digital Experience Optimisation programme to ensure they capitalised on their increased customer base and continued to improve the digital experience for both B2B & B2C customers.
Over our 6-year relationship, a lot has changed and the industry has become increasingly competitive. Still, one thing stays the same: consistent, data-driven strategies always lead to an ever-increasing improvement in performance – decreased operating costs, maximised return on ad spend and profitable revenue growth year on year.

Tapping into the power of social proof
Tile Giant is a company whose success is built on delivering outstanding customer experiences, and they have the customer reviews to prove it.
When reviewing the results from our voice of the customer survey, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive as well, showcasing that users appreciate not only the products but also the overall shopping experience in-store and online.
However, this wasn’t reflected on their website, where there was a distinct lack of social proof, a missed opportunity with such a large % of new customers arriving via Google Ads & Facebook Ad campaigns on a daily basis. To instil more trust and confidence in Tile Giant for these new customers, we brought the customer testimonials front and centre in the user experience.
The results speak for themselves. The addition of customer reviews in carefully selected locations had an overwhelmingly positive impact.
